For Zoe, eight, the big day has come. Zoe lives in Geneva and in her country, the climbing festival is at hand. Once her homework is finished, Zoe gets ready for the great day. She must make a disguise and make cakes that she will give out on the day of the festival. On her breaks, Zoe enjoys the snow and ice. She loves to skate and it makes her laugh to see her little brother clown around on skates. The night of the festival has finally arrived. There are outdoor barbecues on the square, ladies and gentlemen in seventeenth century clothes, traditional dances and gunshots by knights with crossbows. To the sound of tambourines, Zoe does a bit of time travel.
