Solta & Souvta (Mongolia) & Solo (Madagascar)

Solta & Souvta: In the vast plains of Mongolia live a group of nomads who play a very ancient musical instrument called the Morin Khuur.

Ombha is an elderly music teacher who passes down her traditional knowledge to young children. Sotla and Souvta are two students. They are learning the dance that accompanies the Morin Khuur in order to participate in the traditional ballet at the end of the year.

Solo: In the highlands of Madagascar live the Zafirmaniry people, who are famous for their wood crafting skills. Solo must now learn the art of carving large wooden bowls, which he will sell later on to earn a living. Working hard day and night, Solo will learn from his father every detail of this ancestral carving art.
