For Regina, a young girl from Iceland finds that spending her summer holidays doing nothing exciting is just unthinkable. If only her mother, a widowed social worker, could meet that special someone, maybe then could she be sent to summer camp, like all the other kids in the neighbourhood. For Regina, the convenience store is indeed convient to help her arrange a fitting romance for her mother, even if her Mom has plans of her own. Regina discovers that along with Peter, the store-owners' son and ''rhyme-specialist'', she can change the course of events with her singing. Just when the kids believe that summer is saved, a reckless thief turns their plans into a wild chase involving wigs, cops, Rainbowland, diamonds and more. A delightful musical comedy for all ages.
